Bake time will vary based on type of brownie package. To avoid over baking, check doneness at 20 minutes. If not done, continue to bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Important Tips for Perfect Brownie

1. Always line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Please melt the butter and chocolates in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Add the granulated sugar & Brown sugar and whisk it to combine.
4. The same process with Eggs & Egg yolk.
5. Bake the brownies and once out, Chill it by keeping in the Fridge before slicing

Tips for Icing

• Try wrapping cooked, cooled cakes in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour before icing. This helps set the cake so crumbs won’t get caught in the icing.
• Cut cakes horizontally in half, using a serrated knife. It’s easier to halve cakes when they’re partially frozen. Use the knife to make marks around the edge before starting to cut.
• Start by icing the top. Dollop icing in centre of cake, then use a Icing knife to spread icing outwards into a thin, even layer. Leave excess icing around edge to ice the sides.
• Spread icing from top edge down the sides of the cake, adding more icing when needed.
• For a smooth finish, dip palette knife in boiling water and wipe dry. Run hot knife over icing in long strokes.
• If making buttercream ahead, you can store at room temperature for up to one day.
