Sponge Cake Baking 

You would be baking a Sponge Cake Individually under the guidance of the Chef and would be provided with Ingredients and tools for the same.

 Whipping Cream- Understanding & Usage :

You would be working with the whipping cream and learn on various consistency levels that are being attained. Soft Peak, Hard Peak etc. This will give you complete overview..

Icing the Sponge Cake :

You will be icing the sponge cake that you had already baked and impart the flavour upon it. There would be choice of flavours available for the students to choose from and you would be icing the cake using the non diary whipping cream. The technique that you will be imparting would be Fresh Cream glaze icing. You will be doing this under the Guidance of chef and the end result will be lovely Fresh cream cake with the desired flavour.

Piping Patterns using Various Nozzle :

You would be taught various piping patterns using the Nozzles and this can be used to further decorate the Cake that you have completed the Icing.. This will elevate further the cake that you have created..

Chocochip Cookies

Decadent chocolate crunchy cookies topped with delicious Choco chips. You would be preparing these cookies under the guidance of chef. Completely hands on.
